Fraud Alert

We’ve been made aware that customers are receiving fraudulent text messages and phone calls claiming to be from Commercial Bank referencing fake transactions or suspicious account activity. Don’t trust caller ID. Caller ID can be modified to show any name and number.

Please be advised:

• These messages are not from Commercial Bank.
• Do not click on any links or provide personal or financial information in response.
• Do not provide your online banking username, password, debit card number,
  account number, or any personal information.

If you received one of these texts, we recommend deleting it immediately. If you receive a phone call, hang up immediately. Please be vigilant and review all your banking accounts for any suspicious activity. If you suspect any unauthorized transactions, contact us immediately.
